As you know it took forever for Summer to come permanently this year. So when that hot,toasty day came, having an excuse to get wet was welcome.
Here is my sister, Melinda and I washing our car in California. It was all about getting to climb on the top. And I guess wearing a swimming suit or underwear was acceptable attire in the 70's.
