The Tree

In years past we have tried our best to cut down a tree.  A. It is $5.00.  B. We live pretty close to the mountains.  C. It is an adventure to hike in the mountains to find that perfect tree that ends up looking spindly by the time you get home.  This year we couldn't cut one down because there was too much snow.  So, we got one at the local tree lot.  Most of the big ones are tied up, so you hope for the best and don't ask them to open them unless you are serious.  The tree we chose is so beautiful and full.  It may not happen again for a long time, but we really enjoyed this tree.  It did take up a lot of space, but who needs space in the family room.
