This year Kristen was Student Council Historian at White Pine. She was always taking pictures of the student body. I just posted the ones of people we know. She did a great job and it was her first year to learn that she loved student council. She, Emma and Natalie also did "Call Your Girlfriend, for the talent show and were asked to do it at Barnes and Noble.
This year, for Drama Club they performed, "Clash of the Fairy Tales." This is a play written by Heidi Jo and was written roadshow style. So we used existing songs, but the play was original and included Cinderella, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty. It was comical and fun. We performed at Tiebreaker Elementary because they have a stage. The cast and the student body walked over to the school. Then we had sound guys, that were students, Kendall Black and Ben Chudleigh from White Pine. We used them for most of our plays through the years. After our last performance because it was double cast, we had a dance party in the gym/stage of Tiebreaker. Kristen was in a trio of ladies in waiting. They didn't have much of a speaking part, but they stole the show with their singing. Grammie made them matching dresses and they sang amazingly. This play was full of main parts, leads.
They were such a great group of kids.
